And now for some more FAQ's about the Conference:
Can I graduate in time for the Conference 2011? F.A.Q.'s # 40.
Maybe. It all depends on how many units you have completed and if you have the correct number of units required in each of the Five Divisions of study. Download the course catalog here.
How to prepare to graduate:
- Request a copy of your transcripts to see what courses you have completed. Make sure you have a current copy of your transcripts. If you have a question about a course not appearing on your transcripts call our office (you may have dropped out of the course, did not pay for the class, didn't complete the assignments, or you could have missed to many classes). November 30th is the deadline for transcripts to be accepted for graduation.
- Download the 72-Unit Course List. Put a check-mark next to all of the classes you have taken. In order to graduate you need to have completed all 19 of the required courses (in bold) in each of the 5 divisions of study plus 5 electives for a total of 72 units.
- The last quarter that counts toward graduation is Winter 2011 (Do not stop taking classes). Classes are available in local extensions as Intensives and online. You can take as many classes at the same time as you can handle (online, onsite and intensive). If you cannot find a class in your area, ask your V.E.T.I. Coordinator for help.
- If you have already completed the required 72 units, you will be receiving a graduation announcement letter in the mail. To make sure we have you current info. please email your current contact info to CarlosM@VictoryOutreach.org
- Note: Pre-paying for classes so that students can "walk the stage" on graduation day will not be allowed.
If you have any questions or if you need help please call 909-599-4437. You need to have "ALL" of your courses completed before you can graduate. There will be no exceptions.
