Thank you Felicia, students have access to their transcripts from their profile via their username and password.  You can work with them individually to find out their academic need.  You can also ask them to print out their transcripts so that you can work on a plan with them. Due to security reason we cannot make available  students transcripts to coordinators.  Coordinators do have access to the classes they have provided in their local extension from their profile.  What might help is to develop a 2 year plan for your extension and inform students.  Since coordinators also have student email addresses (located in your roster) you can also email them anytime.  We do need more coordinators like you who are willing to go the extra mile to help their students graduate.

Would be nice if the Coordinators could have the transcripts of the VETI students with their permission so we can help coordinate the classes they need to graduate.

forms that could be completed on line such as: course lists, honorarium, expenses this would help save time.

Hello, as a coordinator I thought it would be good to be able to have a bulletin board or want ad of posts,  this would be for Instructors so they could see the extensions with a list of available days and times for courses.  There could be a check box so they could mark the day and time they interested in teaching.  The course names could be listed as well.  Both would be matched up then coordinators could then gather the information to make new course lists for each quarter and submit the information in a timely manner.  We could call it "the Link" for Extensions,Instructors and Coordinators....Susan
